I like these.

Silver princess
at Mackey st.

Bolto mission.

Taken by my brother
in the cramped back
seat of my Crewman
doing 155KLm/hr about
4 hrs south of Newman.

Certainly a candidate
for some Photoshop
correction. However i
like that darkness at
the base of the shot.

Post the days walk.

Weather was great, spot was kick
ass. Viewed some excellent Wandoo
and Powderbark woodlands.
The hiking was quite easy, walked
allong the ridge lines following the
Qualan walk map.
Images were taken with the Canon
300D with the 10-22mm, 18-55mm
and the 300mm.

Christmas tree well

Mark, Jamie and I are going
to head out to Christmas tree
well and check out the Qualen
Road walk.

The area is 12-16km east
of Mount Dale.
The walk
is mostly through open
wandoo woodland, with
some open jarah forest.

I have not checked this spot out
other than a quick mountain bike
ride through a few years back.

These shots were taken at
Christmas tree well on a recent mission with my 18-55 kit lens
and my 10-22 wide zoom,
both EF-S.

I have got the Canon 300D and the new 300 prime lens to check out.

Lets Rock!

Check out the walk at this excellent site Walk GPS
